Vin Decoder - Github

• Web interface that decodes a supplied Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) using NHTSA's API.
• This interface offers the ability to store/modify/delete multiple VINs.

• Built with PHP, Javascript, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, MySQL, Xampp, Heroku.

Dunder Mifflin Infinity - Github

January 2021


• Dunder Mifflin Infinity is our vision of what the popular sitcom "The Office" paper site would look like.
• The site offers a functional chatbot, chatroom, and paper store all in one. Socket.io is used for the chatroom, react/redux is used for paper store, and react is used for the chatbot.
• Creating a user and authentication is required to utilize the chatroom. Authentication is handled with Passport and database of users is stored with PostgreSQL.
• Built with Javascript, React, Redux, Node.js, Socket.io, Passport, Express, Sequelize, PostgreSQL, bcrypt, and CSS.

Pandemic Patios - Github

• Pandemic Patios is a website for the post covid-19 world that we live in, by utilizing user submitted reviews and locations for building a patio database.
• Login is authenticated using node.js and passport.js, with Github, Facebook, and Twitter logins.
• Database design was implemented with data normalization theory and primary keys.
• Built with Javascript, HTML, CSS, PostgreSQL, Bootstrap, Express, node.js, Passport, Sequelize, Heroku.

Pet Pals - Github

• Petpals takes the popular tinder esque swipe matchmaking and utilizes it to match the user with potential pets up for adoption!
• Pets are found using api calls to an existing database full of adoptable and loveable pets.
• Once a user has created his list of potential pet matches, they can be viewed by using location-based api calls to Google Maps.
• Built with Javascript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, jQuery UI, Bootstrap.
